Tree Issue

We have a maple on the side of the road with several dead limbs (big ones) hung up in the tree. They are definitely at hazard if the fall onto the road. EVALUATION REQUEST - PLEASE EVALUATE AND PROPOSE A COURSE OF ACTION.
