Street Sign Issue

The left turn into Russell Terrace is dangerous as the arrow sign in the island blocks the view of approaching traffic. Many near misses , esp when bright sun is lower in sky, despite driver caution Also the island takes up the turning two way lane so turning left onto Storey to get to 95 is terrifying. No room to have car sit in two way lane until it is safe to merge. With the spectre of more housing at K mart, traffic is going to increase significantly on both Storey snd Low. Will provisions be made for traffic??????? Can the yellow painted line be extended and island made smaller to accommodate the lane extendion?
