Tree Issue

Ash tree in front yard to left of driveway has EAB symptoms. Resident implied that tree has been dropping branches all year and parks under it. Inspected tree and looks as though the entire canopy in the top third is dead or dying. Suckers have grown out of the main body of the tree per usual for an EAB infestation. Would like Lance to confirm my suspicions and notify me if does not agree. Tree should be removed. Warned/Asked the resident to park on far side of driveway and or in garage to keep limbs from falling onto vehicles.
